The clinic seemed fairly clean from what I noticed, and I wasn’t really paying attention to every little detail. The one thing that stood out to me was the bin in the treatment room, it looked full when I was there. Not a huge issue, but it could be improved

The staff were polite, but I didn’t feel totally safe or reassured before the treatment. Everything felt a little rushed, and when I asked questions the answers were short. Maybe it was just an off day, but with laser treatments I feel like a bit more care and explanation is needed. The rushed feeling was unnecessary

I was a little skeptical about laser hair removal, but it actually worked way better than I expected. My hair has grown back so much less, and I’m really happy with the results. For the money and the time, I’d say it was definitely worth it.

I went here for a skin treatment to help with acne marks. The staff were nice enough and booking was easy, but I kept waiting to see a real difference and it took ages. Some patches do look a bit better, but not enough that I felt completely sure the treatment was doing all the work.

I had such a good experience at Laser Clinics. From the second I walked in, the staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away — no awkwardness, no pressure, and definitely no feeling rushed.
They explained everything clearly without overcomplicating it, and they were really easy to talk to. The whole appointment felt relaxed and straightforward, and I’d definitely go back.

The clinic is just around the corner, so getting there was really easy. It made the whole thing convenient.

Once I got to the clinic there was a lot more conversation about packages and add-ons and extra bits, and maybe other people would follow it fine, but for me it all started to feel a bit confusing because I was trying to work out what was included, what wasn’t, whether I actually needed the extras, and what I’d end up paying in the end.

The available times were really clear, the confirmation came through straight away, and I didn’t have to call anyone, wait on hold, refresh the page a hundred times, or dig around for details. Just picked a time, filled in the basics, got the confirmation, and that was it. Really simple and no messing about.
